Unfortunately, after she purchased another property in the Miami neighborhood, she was hit with a foreclosure notice for her original property. While she is keeping at least one property, the foreclosure notice hit hard on the original $250,000 home as she continued to work hard on other TV projects. The biggest problem was that there was a lull between her Miami housewives second season and her status for the third season. She was chosen not to return to television on the real housewives of Miami and will have to recover by taking on new TV work projects and opportunities to pay for her homes.

Scott Storch is a record executive and producer purchased the home and then proceeded to spend six months blowing $30 million on trips, cocaine, parties and more. Although Storch may not technically recover and gain possession of a similar home again the home was quickly snatched up by Birdman. The home features 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, an elevator and more.

Marc Anthony & Jennifer Lopez: In 2012, it was discovered the famous couple had a condo with a deed-in-lieu. This came to light when a major bank took over several condos in Miamiās Icon Brickell. Icon is famous for their 50th floor lounge called ā50 Lounge.ā A deed-in-lieu is basically a voluntary foreclosure.
